Some libraries seem to be able to flow with the cultural, political, and technological changes that buffet us all. What do they know that you wish you knew?
George Needham will identify five characteristics that these resilient, successful libraries share, focusing on how these characteristics play out in policy, procedure, and most important, attitude. In the process, he'll present some ideas for thinking about library service in ways that lead to this success, regardless of what’s happening around you.
The webinar will also feature some low cost/no cost tips on how to implement these ideas in your library, with a little humor to leaven the mix.
